The "Ramez Workflow" for Grants
This is how I use it to be efficient without being sloppy:
- The Core: I write the Specific Aims myself. It’s too important to outsource.
- The Scaffolding: I paste my Aims into Claude and ask it to draft a Significance section based on my bullet points.
- The Boilerplate: I use AI to write the Budget Justification, Facilities, and Equipment sections.
